Holiday closings
We will be open today (Wednesday), closed on Thanksgiving, and open again on Friday.
We're also going to be closed a couple days around X-Mas and New Years. I will post closed dates on the "footer" of the website, where the hours are listed.
We've been incredibly busy and I'm spending time catching up on reconciling my Oct bank statement and making sure we have enough food for service. I'm also hiring more kitchen staff as our new menu coincided with the increased business from reviews. The winter menu has a handful of items that require a lot more prep for the sides than the previous menu. Good stuff but higher prep time/labor cost. Onion rings especially have a high prep time because we can only hold "so many" ready and need to slice onions during service. They sure do taste good though.
